To Download these videos, Right Click on the link
below and choose "Save Target As" from the popup menu. Once you
have saved the file, you will need to unzip it before viewing the video.
The videos are in MP4 format and will play with
Apple QuickTime.

Once you have uploaded your video to YouTube, you
will see code that will allow you to embed your video on your web site.
That code must be used in HTML mode in whatever web tool you are using.
Just copy the code from YouTube and go to your web site editor. Edit the
page where the code should appear in HTML mode. Paste the code into place.
Save your page and test to ensure it looks good.
